- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

- The product must be in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.

- Products not in their original condition or packaging.

- Items returned after the 7 day return period.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

- If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of delivery.

- Provide a photo of the damaged product along with your order number.

- We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge.
